This post is a tad late, but it’s never too late to be thankful, especially around the holidays being around family and friends. It’s been a great year. Way better than the previous year. I finally feel like I am comfortable where I’m at in my life. I’m just going with the flow of things and it feels awesome. Feeling pretty grateful.
Family is everything and if your friends are true friends, then they are family too. Don’t forget to spend as much time as you can with them during the holidays. I’m glad I was able to spend some time with my immediate family around thanksgiving. We will probably be doing a lot of FaceTime this year (they live in Florida and I live in Wisconsin). For almost 10 years, I’ve spent Christmas in either Georgia at my Aunt’s and Uncle’s place or in Florida at my family’s house. This is the first year in about 10 years that I get to spend Christmas in Wisconsin…where there’s SNOW! I mean I obviously live here in Wisconsin and see snow most of the year, but there is nothing that compares to spending Christmas and new years in a snowy environment. Hopefully I’ll be doing a lot of sledding!
Well, hope everyone has a great Christmas and a Happy New Year! Stay Warm!
